Fabulous place with a hint of luxury. Attention to detail.

Pros: Very clean and the staff were very attentive. Professionally run and the food was outstanding.

Clean, friendly, modern decor in lovely rooms with good food and good value for money.

Pros: Clean friendly and exactly what it said on the tin. Really enjoyable stay with a breakfast of great ingredients and cooked properly. Very enjoyable evening meal and a lovely modern bedroom. Good value for money and we will go back.

The perfect Hadrians wall stay. Good views too.

Pros: Nicely situated just off Hadrians wall (10min walk). Lovely staff. Everything we needed was injection. The flat iron steaks we had at dinner with peppercorn sauce was one of the best I’ve ever had.. great value at £20. Not an ounce if fat or gristle.. just pure meat. Delicious. Breakfast was equally delicious. Great quality. Loved the farrers tea too. Thanks so much

Pros: Loved the bright lovely clean room. great food in the evening and the genuinely friendly staff .Really comfy bed , great shower .

Pros: Clean, well equipped room. Extra large, comfortable bed. Coffee machine in room. Good breakfast, also had a very nice evening meal too.

Cons: Steep stairs up to bedrooms. Difficult if you have mobility issues. Staff were quick to offer to carry bags up though.

Pleasant stay.

Pros: It was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, food was good, lovely big bath, fridge in the room was really handy. The staff were friendly and the owner very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The heating in the room was set on a timer, and it switched off at certain times which made it cold and the temperature of the water of the bath and shower was lukewarm which made an unpleasant bath and shower. I received a message from the Sally before I arrived explaining the details of my stay and it said if I had any requests I should respond to which I did, I also sent an email and I phoned the day before. My message and email were never answered and my phone call’s requests were not listened to. I also found in the room, if there were drawers next to the bed it would have been better. Breakfast food was very good but we were just hoping for a table at breakfast where you could dish yourself up some yoghurt and fresh fruit not just have food made in the kitchen.
