Good overall

Pros: Location perfect very central. Apartment very spacious.

Cons: The bathrooms could do with being updated . Not very appealing and old. The bedding needed replacing also as it was old and the duvets and pillows were limp.

Brilliant location, nice place for a base to visit the area and go for walks. Just be aware a tapas bar downstairs does

Pros: Brilliant location, felt homely and it was clean and well set up.

Cons: Showers were pretty poor, main bathroom worked ok, you can shower there but not the greatest. En suite wasn’t really working at all

Overall a lovely apartment and perfect town location.

Pros: Great central location but apartment itself quiet and peaceful. Large attractive living room with amazing views, and nice separate dining room. Comfy beds. Good storage space in bedrooms. Good parking arrangements.

Cons: Shower above bath in family bathroom was poor. Kitchen bin was tiny, more like bathroom size - much larger one needed. No kitchen sink cloth provided for cleaning surfaces. Bedside drawers in two of the rooms hadn't been fully checked - found socks, and a pair of knickers!

Pros: Location. Views. Lovely room sizes, well equipped, comfortable.

Cons: The shower in the en suite was cold. I’m sure it could have been addressed but we discovered this on our last night of short stay so no time to fix it.

Lovely accommodation perfect for our stay. Would book it again.

Pros: Lovely accommodation in a perfect location. No complaints.

Cons: Shower in the main bathroom wasn’t very good according to my friends. ( not powerful enough) they all used the en- suite in the main bedroom, which was perfect. It was not a major issue, but perhaps needs some attention.

Excellent property, would reccomend and I’d stay again.

Pros: Fantastic property with a great location. Very clean and had everything we needed. Free secure parking.

Cons: Shower was a bit naff. Poor pressure.

Nearly perfect

Pros: Very spacious, beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Separate dinning room. And perfect location. Didn't feel hemmed in and on top of each other as we had my niece and fiance and my nephew, so it was enough for everyone to get own space if needed.

Cons: Nothing is mentioned that there is a tapas bar right below and the pounding music at night can be annoying as windows are single glazed. Also alot of stairs, there is a tiny lift you'd be lucky to get one person and small suitcase and it's so dark and old none of us used it in case it broke down. Other than that it would have been perfect and a 10 out of 10. Saying this I'd stay again but bring earplugs.

Pros: Location fab... apartment very comfortable ... stunning views of the nearby fells! Excellent value for money. 1 car parking space.

Cons: The apartment wasn't very clean + some fixtures were needing some tlc Having to find 2 more car parking spaces - found on street parking for free not too far away!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in Keswick mit Aussicht auf Skiddaw

Pros: Eine sehr grosse Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmer (zwei mit Doppelbett und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten). Insgesamt drei Klos, zwei Dusch/Badezimmer. Wir waren zu dritt, aber auch sechs Personen könnten hier bequem wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist grosszügig und die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine gab es in der Küche. Einige Schränke waren abgeschlossen, d.h. die Wohnung wird auch vom Besitzer bewohnt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt am Markt. Die Wohnung ist Teil von einem alten Inn. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei grosse Panoramafenster und die Aussicht Richtung Norden und Osten (Skiddaw) ist atemberaubend.

Cons: Bei den Wasserleitungen merkt man den alten Bausubstanz. Alles funktioniert, aber der Wasserdruck ist recht niedrig und das Ganze macht einen nicht ganz zuverlässigen Eindruck. Für den Parkplatz braucht man etwas starke Nerven, alles ziemlich eng in einem Hinterhof auf der andere Strassenseite. An einem Nachmittag beim zurückkommen von einem Ausflug hatte jemand den Zugang zu unserem Teil des Parkplatzes zugeparkt und somit den Ein/Ausfahrt für etwa 10 Autos gesperrt. Am nächsten Tag war er zum Glück weg (die Nacht musste unser Auto auf dem Stadtparkplatz in der Nähe verbringen).
