Pros: Beautiful room and en suite. Spotlessly clean. Great tea selection. Kevin was a fantastic host. Very friendly. Breakfast was great. Plenty choice.

Cons: Nothing. All perfect. Just sorry we didnt get to meet Nikki.

Pros: Lovely large, clean and very comfortable bedroom,with sofa seating, the host Kev, although on his own due to his wife’s illness , did all cooking and cleaning brilliantly, and was very attentive.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The woodyln guest house was exceptional and the hosts Kev& Nicki were incredible. They made our stay so warm and comfortable. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in a guest house and the choice was endless from fresh fruit and yoghurt to a full hearty breakfast. There were also a choice of vegetarian options and a healthy choice. We were greeted with a warm welcome every day and Kev was so accommodating and informative of the local area. We were at Gatehouse of fleet for a wedding at the beautiful GGs yard. If we were ever to return to the area there is nowhere I would stay other than the Woodlyn guest house.

Cons: Absolutely nothing, this guest house is the best we have ever stayed. Cannot rate this place highly enough. 10 out of 10.

Pros: Large comfortable room, Kevin and Nikki were excellent hosts and the breakfast was outstanding probably the best I've ever had in a b& b set is up for the day.
