Pros: Always welcoming beautiful hotel. All beautiful rooms. Comfy and cosy. Fantastic staff .excellent food. Comfy big beds.

Pros: Room was comfortable, clean, spacious, warm and quiet. The hotel has a bar with reasonable prices, the locals are friendly. Evening meals were really good. Sanquhar is a fairly quiet place but has a range of useful shops, is very handy for exploring the hills or for the train into Glasgow.

Cons: Nothing really, finding the car park is a bit odd, it feels like you are driving through someone's garden.

Nice small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The local people we met in the hotel bar were also very friendly

Pros: Property was very comfortable and in a good location. We had breakfast and dinner which was very good and reasonably priced
