Fantastic will definitely return.

Pros: Fantastic apartment. Had a wonderful stay the apartment was so clean,the bed was so comfortable lots of extra tea , coffee ,biscuits,slippers and more . Joanne the owner is very attentive and could not have been more helpful will definitely return.

It was a lovely apartment, felt like home, would stay again, easy to find and good price

Pros: It was cosy and felt like home lovely sunrise in the morning

Cons: The bed was massive and not the best to sleep in and no tv in the bedroom but that’s just my preference.

Excellent. Reason for 4/5 on location, 15 min walk no problem, but maybe not for an older person.

Pros: The owner left a lovely tea tray with tea cakes and crisps, lovely touch. She phoned before I arrived, sent me a text to ensure I was ok and had everything I needed. She texted next morning to see everything was ok and ask if I needed anything. I'd stay here again.

Cons: I found it hard to open the box for the key, never used one before. However, the owner had asked if I wanted to be met there or get in on my own. So, not really negative about the apartment, that was my choice.

Visit to Home Town.

Pros: Lovely apartment great harbour view and short walk to restaurants and bars. Host was very helpful with brilliant comunication prior and on welcome. Highly recommended to any visitor to Ayr.

Cons: No negatives at all.

Immaculate condition, great location, excellent host

Pros: This was our second stay in the apartment the last time being 2022, it is still immaculate, and a nice welcoming tray with a few essentials and some goodies was much appreciated. It is ideally situated with the beach front a few steps away and the town centre less than a 5 min walk. Joanne was an excellent host who contacted on us more than once to ensure everything was OK. We were very happy with our stay.

Overall very good

Pros: Location was fine although probably better when the footbridge is reopened. Importantly the property was very clean and the host very accommodating

Cons: Bed was a bit too soft for our liking

A fantastic place to stay in Ayr

Pros: Excellent apartment with everything you could need, extremely cosy and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable with very nice bedsheets, also very comfortable sofa and living space. Also a designated parking spot is very welcoming! The owner Joanne was very attentious and helpful, provided great information regarding check in instructions, and also left a very well received welcome pack. We loved having the view over the river; perhaps not the most attractive industrial dock, but we really enjoyed being 'nosey' over the conings and goings of vehicles and action across the river, as well as observing the various islands' depots. Excellent location for exploring the Ayrshire coast path, as well as discovering the Burns heritage, also a short trip to Culzean Castle is well worth it! Thank you so much for such a lovely week 😊

Cons: Just some very minor things, the flush in the toilet lacked a little pressure and the bath plug was somewhat difficult to manoeuvre, but it did not really affect our holiday. A teapot in the kitchen might have been useful, but it's really very minor things, our stay was absolutely excellent !

Cons: Found the apartment quite hard to locate and to get the keys

Perfect Apartment

Pros: The apartment was perfect for our 8 night stay. It was tastefully decorated, really comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. Joanne, the host, was very welcoming, making sure that we were happy with everything. Joanne laid out a welcome tray of tea, coffee etc as well as miniature toiletries. We even had our own parking space. The location is a 5 minute walk into town and the beautiful long beach is just around the corner.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like
