Pros: Joanne was excellent she couldent do enough for us the appartment was beautifull and exceptially spotless everything you could have needed was provided do not hesitate to book with this lady she texted me everyday as I went up for my sisters funeral 💔 and she was so compassionate will definitely use this place again this appartment is a credit to her Thank you joanne

Cons: There was nothing we dident like everything was 👍 great

Pros: The apartment is kept nice and tidy. Comfortable place to stay in and close walkin distance to high street.

Last minute stay in self contained apartment.

Pros: Central location and near the beach. Allocated Parking. Effective central heating.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, clean and very well equipped, Joanne also left us a welcome tray with a few little extras on it, she kept in contact with us to make sure all was okay. I would definitely recommend it

Cosy, immaculate and what a hostess!

Pros: This is a beautifully presented cosy comfortable apartment. It's outstandingly clean, and there was a lovely tray of tea, coffee and Tunnocks goodies for us! Joanne is a brilliant hostess - the communication between us was just fantastic, and she really went the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to ask if there was anything else she could do for us. Really made us feel welcome - and looked after! A star in the bnb hostess business!

A great base which we felt comfortable in which was clean, quiet and was well equipped. The host was very attentive too.

Pros: It felt very homely and comfortable and was very clean and quiet, good location for exploring the area and right next to the impressive beach!

Cons: Nothing, compact but great for a couple.

Pros: It was in a quiet area but close to shops, restaurants and takeaways. It was cosy, exceptionally clean and was very comfortable. It had all you needed , clean towels, bedding etc. Lots of little touches, like welcome tray which was really appreciated, welcome card,slippers, tissues to name a few. Really nice balcony to sit out on. Myself and my sister in law had a lovely stay. Joanne is a great host who was in contact with us through messages to see we got in okay and any queries was promptly answered. Would not hesitate in recommending to friends and family and would definitely stay there again. 😀

A delightful apartment close to the beach in Ayr, with a thoughtful and communicative host!

Pros: Joanne went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay with everything we needed. The complementary treats alongside the tea and coffee were a lovely touch. Joanne's communication was great throughout and the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfy.

Cons: If I had to suggest anything to improve this already excellent apartment, it would be a small shelf in the shower for guests to put their shower gel, shampoo, etc.

Great practical apartment with fab location

Pros: Well equipped and fab communication. Bed was very comfy too!
