Lovely flat

Pros: Cosy, nice furnishings and decor, clean and comfortable flat convenient for local ammenities, tourist attractions and meeting up with family and friends. Host helpful. Would consider staying again if feedback is addressed.

Cons: As some guests have already highlighted and as I did to the owner there are a few areas could benefit from attention. Kitchen utensils, pots, and pans were quite worn, and the crockery was mismatched—updating these would improve the experience. Bedding (pillows and duvet) felt basic and could be more comfortable. Safety-wise, a shower mat and fixed grab rails would help, especially with the deep step into the shower. Cupboard in hallway needs tidying. Some thoughtful touches—like softer loo roll (not cheap stuff), a few extra rolls, and a small welcome food pack and shower gel with local products—would go a long way. There were cosmetic issues too, such as brown marks on the bathroom edging of panelling that could do with a paint touch-up. Guests pay a premium to stay, and a little investment in quality and personal touches would make a real difference.

Smashing wee apartment, home from home .

Pros: The apartment was lovely very clean and modern and had everything we needed , great location for beach and town centre and great our dog was allowed to stay, we would definitely stay here again as it's a very quiet area also we slept amazing well .

Cons: Nothing we were very happy with everything

Great little gem ov a place

Pros: The flat was perfect lovely retro deco so quaint,but so nice bed was so comfortable took the name of matress want one for my bed 🤣🤣 location was a short stroll along beach front from pavilion perfect we place to stay everything you need and more so straight forward from start to finish will recommend to friends thanks so much.

Cons: The cold weather but what you expect from scotland can't fault the place at all everyone so nice round about saying good morning.

Great base for visiting the racecourse, a home from home

Pros: Comfortable, well equipped, attractive decor, friendly owner and good location. Had everything we needed.

So glad we chose this property to stay in ayr.

Pros: Apartment ideally sited for everything. Hosts very helpful and easy to reach if you need anything. You are just a few steps away from the beach and the town is just 5 minutes walk or there is a bus stop right outside.

Pros: amazing location, great stay, very good communication with the host

Good for a short break.

Pros: Easy to find, plenty of parking nearby. Pleasant apartment. Location is good for the beach and easy access to the town for people who are okay to walk a short distance. The immediate area of the apartment is very quiet and so not well served for shops, bars etc.

Pros: Fantastic apartment with lift access. Very quiet. Good access to beach for dog.

Cons: Low toilet for anyone with mobilty problems maybe grab rails needed
