Pros: Close to the beach for dogs. Pub close for food. Shop's close by..

Cons: A little far from main lake district main towns so quite a bit of driving.

Great short break enhanced by our accommodation. Will definitely try and book again.

Pros: Well equipped and exceptionally clean. Ideal accommodation for us and Truffle. Everything about the dairy was spot on. Private parking a plus. Our hosts have most certainly considered everything required for our stay. Great location on the edge of the village and within walking distance of the glorious beach

Beautiful, well maintained accommodation. Felt welcome and well looked after!

Pros: Incredibly well equipped, spotlessly clean and good quality bedding/towels. Owners were very welcoming and friendly. Fantastic breakfasts in the farmhouse. It was absolutely lovely!

The Dairy St Bees - excellent

Pros: Beautiful, well presented and very clean cottage,perfect for a quiet get away. Beach a 10 min walk which was ideal for the dog. We enjoyed a quiz night and meal in the local Queens hotel which was dog friendly and food was great. Visited whitehaven which was a 10 min drive and also enjoyed this greatly. A great wee find for a getaway.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was revisit to St Bees for our wedding anniversary.

Pros: The kitchen/living area was very spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you would expect. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Very quiet with limited outside noise even though the end of the cottage was near the main street. Secure parking off road.

Cons: Everything during our stay was fine. The only thing I would suggest would be something higher than the coffee table to eat off or even a couple of trays to put on your knee, but only a minor detail.
