February stay in Keswick

Pros: Excellent location. Within 10 min walk of Keswick. Easy walking distance of the stone circle and the railway line. Ideal for dog walking or if you want limited use of a vehicle. Bus stops are on the street outside if you want to venture further. The enclosed back garden was great for the dogs and for seating out in better weather. Lovely views over to Latrigg and Blencathra.

Cons: The living room is quite compact but that is a minor point, it was comfortable and there is further living room space upstairs.

Best accommodation weve stayed in the lakes.

Pros: Everything was great about it, cosy living room to relax in after a heavy day hiking, great size kitchen to eat in. Location is brilliant, very clean and dog friendly. Lovely secure garden too. Would highly recommend and will defo be back!

Cons: There was no toilet roll holder A bit cold at night in the second bedroom. (Nice warm blanket provided) It would be useful to point out (for handicapped and disabled guests) that while all essential facilities are available on the ground floor, it is necessary to climb stairs to the second floor to adjust the heating levels or watch TV. The step up into the entry way is exceptionally narrow and is difficult to negotiate for people with mobility issues. (This could be remedied with a wider paver outside the front door.)

Great property for exploring Keswick

Pros: Excellent location, 20 min walk to town centre. Dog friendly, safe enclosed back garden. Comfortable and plenty space.

Pros: The property is very well equipped and nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. Having a bus stop immediately outside was very convenient.

Pros: Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and everything you could want. Good off road parking and a nice enclosed garden. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if we come to Keswick

Outstanding.

Pros: Excellent location in Keswick with the main town very accessible. The house was super clean and spacious with a secure garden for our puppy to play in. Ample parking also within the driveway while we only had one car you could easily fit three. The host was super helpful and in constant contact. We were very impressed and will be booking again soon.

Cons: No complaints really. We had a slight difficulty finding the property but it was minimal.

Very good facilities with ample parking and an enclosed rear garden for the dogs.

Pros: The host had erected and decorated a Christmas tree for our stay 17-20th December. Biscuits, coffee and tea were provided.

Cons: The directions to the property were not very clear, the post code was only an indicator to the location. The route given was for people travelling from the north of Keswick, we travelled from the south.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Spacious, spotlessly clean and well-equipped house. We will be back!
