Greenbank

Stayed mid week for four nights. The house had everything we needed and was well placed for access to the town centre.

Pros: Plenty of internal space, well equipped and parking for several vehicles. Fairly close to town centre.

Cons: We stayed as three couples so didn’t need to use the two smaller twin bedrooms, however one of the “double” rooms was arranged as a twin and would have been better arranged as a double for our purposes.

Lovely stay

Pros: 2nd time for my family and me at Greenbank. Very spacious house with lots of parking, very warm in winter! Great access to Keswick town as well only a short walk away. Great value for money, house is a bit more on the dated side but this place was much cheaper than those in the local area.

Pros: Very beautiful, spacious and comfortable house and very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room to relax and not feel like we were in each other's way. Showers were great and beds very comfortable. Kitchens and bathrooms were very clean

Cons: Perhaps a little more detail to cleaning is needed - the attic conversion was quite dusty beside bedside tables and an old lip-salve from a previous stay was amongst the dust. I did a final check of all the rooms before I left and noticed some of the rooms were quite dusty in some areas.

Beautiful, spacious family home. Highly recommended!

Weekend in Keswick

Pros: Big house with plenty of space for friends or family, and also pet friendly. There's plenty of room to get several cars parked. The facilities are all in good condition and everything you'd need for a few days can be found in the house

Pros: Good location, wonderful property that met all our requirements. will be staying here again.

We visited Greenbank as a families first Christmas away together, and as there was 3 generations of us, we all loved it.

Pros: The location was ideal was ideal for our party of 10. We all fitted in comfortably. The kitchen had everything in that we required. Hectors boot room was a good idea for the hill walkers in our family. There is a bus stop a very short walk away for those that don’t like the hikes.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like, but I would suggest the fit ones in a visiting party take the attic room.

Great house, location & value for money!

Pros: The location is great, 15 minute walk into Keswick. All the rooms are comfy, everywhere clean, had everything we needed. So affordable, great value for money! Heating was on, on arrival.

Cons: Everything was great, a nice addition could be a hot tub.
