Would stay again

Pros: Very comfortable place, well decorated, would stay again.

Cons: No wood for the fire - messaged Sykes re this via Booking.com, but got no reply (though they used the same contact method to ask us whether everything was ok). 10/10 for the house, 0 for Sykes

Pros: Lovely newly refurbed cottage right in the centre of Keswick. Very clean and comfortable.

Pros: lovely property, more spacious than the photos make it look! only a max. 10 min walk into Keswick centre. we were a little worried about the availability of on street parking but had no problems at all. very pleased
