Had a really great stay with the family in the centre of Keswick and walked five Wainwrights!

Pros: The Wanderer's Rest is in a great location with easy access into Keswick and lots of great walks near by. It is well furnished with lots of crockery/cutlery for a family. It was very clean, warm and the beds were nice and comfortable too. It has a great kitchen and dining room and a seating room with great sofas.

Cons: We booked it through booking.com and the check in time was 3pm but when the details came through the day before we were due to stay the check in time had moved to 5pm and we could not access the property before then. Likewise the checkout time on booking.com was 10 but the email said 9am. On the website for Cottages.com check in time is from 3pm and checkout is 10am so not sure why there was a different time given.

Lovely half term stay.

Pros: Lovely clean, modern accommodation and well priced. Only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Keswick. Would highly recommend and would happily book again.

Cons: The only thing that was a little disappointing was the water pressure in the ensuite shower. Could possibly do with being a power shower the plus side, there was plenty of hot water.

Pros: Good location, ten minute walk got you in the centre of Keswick. Property had everything you needed and more I.e coffee machine and dishwasher and comfy beds.
