Pros: Everything..faciluties.food..surroundings.. the peace ..and above all the staff...freindly.polite.nothining was to much trouble

Cons: TBH. Being placed in the section where dogs/owners where staying initially strong odour in room...eventually faded...would have liked to have had choice.Howevwr stayed extra day and given a different room..much cosier ..

Couldn't hear anything but the birds 😴 🐦

Pros: Beautiful public areas, fabulous welcoming staff. Service was second to none and the food was exceptional. The room although marketed as standard king/twin was perfect for us. The bed was so comfortable and we slept so peacefully. Thank you for a well needed 2 days of rest and peace.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Can't wait to return.

Big, old, bold but beautiful!!

Pros: For such a big old venue, i thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. The food was exceptional......staff were friendly and most helpful....location was perfect , what more could you want.

Cons: If I had to be critical, it would only be about the building itself......tired in places, but still....it's very old, and only to be expected.

We felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay very much .The option of evening meal was brilliant with .

Pros: Breakfast was lovely ,a good choice and the restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was a little cold and when mentioned an extra heater was supplied straight away.
