Pros: Our stay was absolutely lovely , the staff were friendly and very attentive in both restaurants. The hotel was beautiful with well-kept grounds , the Christmas decorations were magical and added a lovely ambience . Our room was spacious and comfortable with great balcony view of the lake , food was exceptional and we really enjoyed our clay pigeon shooting with Alan and highly recommend asking for his services when staying , you will have blast!

Cons: Not always someone at the bar at least have a bell perhaps to allow guests st ber to notify staff

Pros: The doggy rooms are wonderful. Our dog was welcomed with his own bed and I ordered a roast dinner for him to the room. Lovely to be able to take him to breakfast and relax by the fire in the lounge area.

A magical stay, can’t wait to return.

Pros: Stunning hotel inside and out, with beautiful lake views and perfectly decorated for Christmas. All the staff we spoke to were polite, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our suite was cleaned to a high standard, well maintained and quiet throughout our stay. We have already booked to return next year…
