A comfortable stay with a good breakfast.

Pros: Friendly owner, good location and lovely breakfast. Room clean.

Cons: Some of the decoration in the bedroom a little bit dated but it did not spoil my stay.

Great location for my visit. Owner accommodated my late arrival.

Pros: Location and very helpful owner. Great breakfasts too.

Excellent location, price, food. Very accommodating owner who couldn’t do enough for us all.

Pros: The Breakfast was superb 👌 The owner went over and above to make sure everyone was satisfied. Best breakfast we have all had for a long while. A++++

Cons: Nothing could have been done better. When we book another visit to Dumfries we will definitely be booking the same property. You won’t find better. Very happy with our stay. ❤️

Pros: The whole experience was a positive one, good value for money and the proprietor was helpful and attentive. If work takes me back that way I would stay again.

Cons: Parking space is on-street so you are at the whim of availability. However there is a large ( paid) carpark over the road. Not an issue for me as I could claim it back.
