Great value for money 3 minutes walk to town centre great pub and fish and chip shop less than 100 yards with live music

Pros: Very good in all particulars ….except one ! TV or remote for it in room 12 needs sorted ! Otherwise very good stay .

Pros: The family suite was actually brilliant, having a separate living room meant the kids could go to bed and not be disturbed, jacuzzi bath was a big bonus and myself and the kids loved how much space it had. French doors allowed us to get fresh air while it was dry and enjoy how cosy it was at night while watching films listening to the rain outside. Having a fridge helped keep drinks and snacks cool

Cons: Check in was slightly confusing, couldn't find booking etc so was a little stressful, layout of the guest house is quite confusing with no instructions from staff at check in.

Well equipped simple little place to get your head down

Pros: Clean. Simple. Nice and easy. Plenty things added in like bottles of water, kettle, hot chocolates. 10 minute walk into town

Close to theatre

Pros: Lovely stay here, staff are very friendly and helpful, it's situated within walking distance to the theatre, town centre and all the interesting places for Robert Burns. Had to pick up keys and have breakfast next door at the Caledonian which wasn't a problem, breakfast was lovely and filling.
