Lovely overnight stay with family

Pros: My family really enjoyed our stay the best about it was the giant bath & showers in the Churchill suite.

Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable hard mattress however the bed was massive and so was the room very spacious so that made up for it.

exceeded our expectations for Ayr.

Pros: It was a super big room, the Carnegie suite. Large four poster bed. Had a jacuzzi bath not used. TV difficult to select channel and get radio working.

Cons: Dinner: the steaks were good but the seafood lasagne was disappointing. Breakfast OK.

Hotel was great apart from no windows.

Pros: Breakfast was very good but not included in price. Location was lovely.

Cons: Our room was very big, perfect for a family but windows were glazed over, we couldn’t see out at all, think we were next to roof of spa which had vents coming out and extractor fans and a vibrating noise. Its nice to see out your windows !!

Pros: Our room was well decorated and huge. The jacuzzi bath with tv was brilliant and the bed was very comfortable. Great room, lovely staff and good food. The swimming pool and steam room was a bonus. The restaurant was warm and cosy and had lovely views. The hotel is in an excellent location.

Cons: The floor in the hall outside our bedroom was very creaky and our door moved and made a noise when there was movement. It was quite noisy and and took a bit of getting used to as it sounded as though someone was at the door. The hallway between our room and the restaurant was a bit tired and could do with some attention.
