Beautiful hotel, stunning views

Pros: The room was really lovely. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, lots of extras like mini fridge and safe and the views from our window were spectacular

Pros: It is a great holiday to stay at, near to the Gaiety Theatre and in walking distance to the train station. I love the breakfast.

Cons: The only thing I did not like was the messages to tell me to upgrade, in total I got 6 messages in a few days. I called the hotel and they told me it automated and they did not know this was happening. I clicked up grade, when got to the hotel, couldn’t upgrade as the hotel was full 🤷🏻‍♀️ Was very happy with my room anyway.

Fantastic staff who make your stay feel special

Pros: Staff were excellent. Especially the reception staff who went out of their way to serve us.

Cons: Bathroom in the hotel was old and tired so needs updated

Pros: The room was a great size had everything we needed very clean and had an amazing sea view I will definitely use the hotel again and hopefully get the same room .

Ideal location and a decent hotel at a good price.

Pros: Location is really good, close to both the High St and the seafront. THe room was comfortable with a spectular view. Wifi was better than most hotels. The breakfast was fine and the bar food was really nice. The staff were super helpful.

Cons: A very minor niggle really, the desk was a little small and cluttered even with just the phoine on it. Personally I would make it slightly larger and relocate to the other side (under the TV). The chair was not the comfiest.
