Lovely place just needs two things

Pros: Spectacular views from the patio. Comfy bed. Compact kitchen but everything you need. Tastefully decorated. Husband enjoyed the pool and I used the jacuzzi.

Cons: I was unable to use the bath/shower. I have limited mobility.( Use a walking stick) Just a handrail on the bathroom wall by the shower would have given me access. Also unable to use the swimming pool as the ladder to get out only had a couple of rungs under the water. A longer ladder would make the pool accessible to more people.

Lovely quiet & relaxing place to stay. Perfect base if you want to tour the lakes.

Pros: Property clean & bigger than expected. Views were amazing. Really peaceful & quiet location.

Pros: Lovely view, great facilities with the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Ok location for some of the central lakes, farm shop very close by. Not necessarily the place to do walks from however

Peaceful stay in a lovely location

Pros: Lovely little apartment. Very comfortable. Thoughtful touches such as tea, coffee, biscuits and shower gel were very welcome. Beautiful views from all the windows and very peaceful

It was a very relaxing stay which was close and convenient to all the places we wanted to visit.

Pros: The views were amazing and the facilities available were fabulous. Everything we needed for our stay was available and the bed was very comfortable.

Our weekend break at 12 Ullswater Suite was excellent.

Pros: We were self-- catering. We have been to this location many times in the past and it i ne of our favourite places in the IK.

Cons: THere wasn't anything that we didn't like.O

Fantastic apartment

Pros: clean, well decorated, comfortable apartment within a well-maintained holiday village with fantastic amenities, well positioned for exploring the northern Lake District and fells

Cons: nothing I can think of
