A wonderful peaceful getaway

Pros: It was like a home from home, cosy and well equipped. The location was so peaceful and out the way, whilst still being close to shops & main roads. The hot tub being in shelter was the cherry on top!

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like, it was lovely

Definitely a good place to stay

Pros: The place as a whole was lovely, it was like your own little place. Very cozy, amazing bed and beautiful wildlife

Cons: I'd probably say the only bit we didnt like was the heating, it got a little cold but I think thats our error of not understanding how to house the boiler and underfloor heating, however I wouldn't let this put you off as the living room area was so toasty when the fire was going

An amazingly relaxing week in a very comfortable cottage. Highly recommend

Pros: Kirkland Howe was a real home from home with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and the environment around the cottage was perfect for dog walks, exercise and completely switching off from the outside world

Cons: The lack of space to unpack clothes - one drawer in the bedroom was taken up with bedding etc leaving only two drawers which was not enough to allow us both to unpack our cases
