Shorepark - waterfront cottage with stunning views

Pros: Extremely clean and spacious. Instructions for the various equipment etc are clear

Cons: Having to leave / finish the holiday.....but we'll be back some day

Fab property, we can’t wait to return.

Pros: I recently stayed at Shorepark Cottage, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The property is beautifully furnished with high-end decor that truly makes you feel at home. The stunning views from the cottage are absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The local Boathouse Cafe, is just a stone's throw away which is a fantastic spot for brunch, or coffee and cake which were delicious! The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, Shorepark Cottage is the perfect base.

Cons: My stay at Shorepark Cottage was fantastic, one area for improvement could be the accessibility up to the property. As an alternative to the steps up to the property there is a gravel slope. While charming, this could be challenging for those unsteady on their feet or using wheelchairs. Any updates in this area would only enhance the appeal of this wonderful property.

Pros: Awesome view of the Nith, clean and comfortable. Great location for visiting other parts of beautiful Scotland scenery.

FABULOUS

Pros: Absolutely stunning property in the most fabulous location. Just could of sat looking at the view all day! Can not fault the property, clean,comfortable and Absolutely everything you could need.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like but i recommend getting a shopping delivery as 30 minutes round trip for bits and only a small shop in the village, which was lovely but pricy for a family of 5. Also dante takeaway delivered and very good value!

Shore Park Amazing Views

Pros: The view from the property was breathtaking. We were quite cold on the first night, and the owner adjusted the heating for us, regularly checked in with us. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen, great instruction manuals.

Cons: No mirrors in bedrooms, so had to do hair in kitchen, not ideal. Towels were very small, bring your own. Heating being controlled elsewhere, should be able to have some control, especially for early starts, cold, wet towels isn't fun! Could do with a couple of blinds for privacy especially in bathroom.

Beautiful views, well appointed cottage. Very helpful, friendly hosts.

Pros: Beautiful views and well appointed cottage with modern fixtures & fittings. Lovely touch with a bottle of Prosecco. Lots of things you needed is provided (tea/coffee/dishwasher tablets/washing up liquid etc). TVs in every room and each bedroom is a decent size. Would definitely return when next in the area.

Cons: The sofa & chairs were uncomfortable in the sitting room and it was a shame there was no seating facing the beautiful view. TV in sitting room could be bigger as the sofa is set a distance away from the sofa & seating.

Pros: Absolutely everything. I could not fault anything. That is very unusual for me!

Cons: Absolutely nothing!
