Rooms were a good size. Very clean and welcoming space.

Pros: It was close to a venue we were visiting and within a five minute walk into Ayr where there were plenty of places to eat.

Relaxing and peaceful accommodation close to the centre of Ayr town centre.

Pros: Great location close to the centre of Ayr and the beach, but quiet and restful. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the other faciliities were also first rate. The kitchen and dining room is shared between guests in the three rooms, but was always clean and available during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again when in Ayr.
