Pros: Very friendly service, cosy, great advice about bus times with bus timetable leaflets, breakfast had a wide range of options, great advice about travel trips, would highly recommend, room well equipped with biscuits tea and coffee and hair dryer, thank you for your kind hospitality, we had a great time.

Pros: #8 Room was clean, slept well, spacious bathroom, good views. Connor was a great host, superb breakfast, he was always ready to offer advice & a great sense of humour, good local knowledge, free parking was a real bonus. He was helpful in so many ways. Will definitely stay here again 👍

Its was a Front row seat to the lake district for non drivers and solo traveller.

Pros: Breakfast was calm, i havent eat honey nut crunch in ages, then the owner made friend brekky very quickly. We had pleasant chats , helped me with information, a broken charger, friendly ear to hear my daily travel routine and plans because i was solo. Every morning id look at cutlery and table set and wondered how how he managed to keep up the high level cleanliness and neatness in the place. Honestly i booked it short notice and needed a place to climb and explore strange new place as a non driver. It was the best location in the middle of keswick close to every thing i need, theatre, shops, fish n chips, the lake 3 hills. I feel very furtunate to have my intro to lake district there.

Comfortable and clean

Pros: Ideal location in Keswick with easy access to amenities and the fells. Connor was welcoming and our room was very comfortable and warm with nice views over the town and fells. Everything in the property was clean and well maintained. Delicious and nicely sized breakfast as well. 10/10
