Very clean , central location .

Pros: Extremely clean even being a dog friendly establishment . Friendly helpful owners . Great location . Free parking . Good filling breakfast . Highly recommend .

Cons: Maybe could do with a light near coffee making faciltys but cant fault anything else.

Comfortable stay near the centre of Keswick.

Pros: The house was cosy and warm. There was a bookcase full of dvds, maps and good books which were very useful.

Perfect stay, fab hosts and great breakfast, can't wait to return.

Pros: Fantastic short stay. Really friendly hosts, perfect location, comfy bed and warm room after a long day in the cold. Accommodating our dog and welcoming. Absolutely gorgeous breakfast with lots of choice and great produce.

A gem of a B and B, worth every penny and fantastic hosts.

Pros: Location is perfect - a few mins to local park which is ideal for dog walks. Also a short walk into town. Free parking on street. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay great. Very accommodating with our dog who wasn’t happy being left alone in room while we had breakfast. Breakfast had all the usual cold breakfast items then a cooked breakfast made to order which I couldn’t fault. Five star !

Lovely guesthouse

Pros: Lovely guest house, very well located in keswick. The room was very comfortable with a small sofa as well as a king sized bed. Breakfast was great and catered for a gluten free diet.

Great B&B 😀

Pros: We spend lovely time. Matt and Paul were great hosts. The room was comfy, warm and clean. They were very patient and friendly with our dogs.The breakfast was beautiful. Good lacation. We have already booked a room for our next visit. 😁😘
