Pros: Everything, from booking in to departure. A fabulous guesthouse, the best we've stayed in.

Keswick guest house

Pros: Absolutely lovely stay in the centre of Keswick. Exceptional breakfast and hosts in a spotless room. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Cons: Only thing with being a large tall man the shower cubicle was rather cramped but the water temperature and pressure was fine.

Everything was just perfect

Pros: Dunsford house is immaculate with lots of little extras! Deb and Keith are the perfect hosts. We were served a wonderful breakfast with lots of choice and they are both so helpful with great advice on what to do in the local area. Thank you Deb and Keith for a lovely stay, we hope to return one day.

Excellent stay in a perfect location with perfect hosts.

Pros: The location is excellent for walking straight from the accommodation, and also perfect for access to lots of restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean, and kept that way during our stay. The owners were outstanding in making you feel welcome, and providing local knowledge, and really understand how to give those extra little touches to make your stay perfect and want to book again there should you go back to Keswick.

Cons: Nothing really apart from our preference would have been for a slightly later breakfast, which was gorgeous so you wouldn't want to miss it.

Perfect stay with wonderful hosts

Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at Dunsford Guest House. Deb and Keith are exceptional hosts who genuinely care about their guests. They are incredibly helpful and always ready with great advice on what to do and see in and around Keswick, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness really stood out. Breakfast was really good, too, a delicious full English alongside a generous variety of fresh fruit. The house is extremely cosy and comfortable, and parking was very easy. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, welcoming by an amazing couple.

Pros: The welcome by Keith & Deb was wonderfully warm and friendly. When we told them I was attempting the ‘Frog Graham Round’ that night, they couldn’t have done more to support us. The property was very clean and fresh with beautiful rooms; the tea and coffee - biscuits, linen - all first class!

Book it!!

Pros: Everything! Spotlessly clean. Lovely decor. Treats in the room and bottled water provided each day. Fruit, yogurt and cereal on offer at breakfast time and of course a full English breakfast, with fried bread cut into different animal shapes each day! 😁 Location was excellent and there is parking at the back too. Our room ( the only one at present) had wallpaper on the back wall that was a map of the Lake District!!

Cons: Nothing at all. Wish our stay was longer!
