Pros: Lorna was absolutely amazing couldnt do enough for you when you was there even had a sausage waiting for the dog at breakfast time! And her breakfast were fabulous too tea on tap and extra toast if you wanted it, definitely set you up for the day.

Peaceful Stay & Great Hosting

Pros: Lorna was a fantastic host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured a beautiful forest view. Even though the property is right on the main road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The beds were incredibly comfy and the cleanliness was, without a doubt, spot on!

All of us enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking to come back. I would highly recommend!

Pros: The family room was a very good size. There was more than enough room for myself, my husband and my 8 year old. The beds were also very comfortable. Having breakfast included definitely made the mornings easier for us. Lorna made sure we were spoiled for choice. Even our picky 8 year old had lots of choices for breakfast.

Pros: The room was wonderful; spacious, airy, clean, warm. The host was exemplary; friendly, welcoming, communicative; she asked and recalled and used her client’s names - this is rare, exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic; a wide variety, nothing was too much trouble, the food was well sourced. We couldn’t fault our two night stay.

Perfect B&B

Pros: Lorna is an amazing host & was so accommodating for us and our baby girl. The breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve ever had in a B&B. Our room had a large comfortable bed & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely walk into Keswick on the old train lines from the B&B, which took around 15 mins to arrive at the Main Street

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Pros: Lorna was a most hospitable and helpful host. The breakfast selection was exceptional and catered for a wide variety of dietary needs. Walker, families and dogs/cats are welcome!

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The B&B is a little out of town but the town centre is a very pleasant 10-15 minute walk along the old railway line. No on-site parking but ample free, on-street parking is available very nearby.

Pros: Thought the owners Lorna and Simon were fantastic very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was amazing, quality ingredients and cooked to perfection 👌🏼 Location was good just a short walk into the town.
