An outstanding hotel with food to match.

Pros: We had dinner and breakfast. The quality of the food was outstanding. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Brand new hotel, great staff, great breakfast.

Pros: Only recently opened (Dec 25), everything in the hotel is brand new. Very clean, great staff and a very good breakfast. Parking onsite too. If you look on google maps, don't be put off by the boarded up building you will see, that was taken years ago, it's all good now.

Perfect location and perfect service

Pros: It was central to everything, exceptionally clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, a fantastic breakfast could not find fault with anything.

Overnight stay in Ayr Town Centre.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean room and nice public areas. Great breakfast.

Cons: Double room was small. No storage / wardrobe.

Pros: Hospitality, facilities, food, comfort, cleanliness.. flawless. We'll definitely be back.

Pros: Handy. Clean. Reasonable price. Amazing breakfast and our dinner was fab and great price

Pros: The rooms were spotless and the staff were really nice especially young Jordan who worked in the bar so helpful and polite made me and my partner feel at home guys a total credit to the hotel.the breakfast was really nice plenty of it we will definitely be back soon.

Ideal for a short stay

Pros: Hotel is fairly equidistant from the seafront, town and railway station. The bedroom, which faced the main road and the sea, was clean and fresh. The double bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and promptly served.

Cons: I was travelling alone with one small case so my standard double room was fine but it would have been a tight fit for two people and luggage. There was a desk but no room for bedside tables. The bathroom was equipped with hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner - but some actual soap would have been welcome. I overcame the problem by diluting shower gel in the washbasin.

Pros: The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking spaces. The foyer was bright and well decorated. Our room was spacious for the three of us and had lovely views of the sea. The bathroom wasn't big, but very well laid out. Both room and bathroom were spotless. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Would recommend this hotel.

Cons: We couldn't find any faults.
