A lovely little apartment in a great location.
Pros: A fantastic surprise! Cosy and charming little cottage apartment . Well appointed with amazing views. Staff so helpful and friendly. We would love to go again. Great for walking on the nearby hills and close to Keswick.
Cons: It was perfect for us

Pros: Quiet accommodation close to cafe, shop and pub. Also close to the mobile home park where other members of our family were staying. A pleasant walk into Keswick.
Cons: One carbon monoxide alarm was going off repeatedly when we arrived - probably a low battery warning compounded by low ambient temperatures. We tried replacing the batteries, but the noise continued even when the monitor was taken outside. With the alarm disabled , the property was peaceful, however no alternative solution was offered.

Pros: Property is good overall. Location suited my needs for north Lakes. Pubs close by just a few minutes walk away.
Cons: The parking is a little bit tricky especially for those parking in the 'second' courtyard which has a very narrow entrance. Only okay if you have a small car. Fortunately i was able to use another space. Other parking in Braithwaite is limited.

Superb, accommodation, view, location and owners
Pros: Everything, the accommodation, location excellent. The facilities were great, high quality fixtures and fittings. Lovely welcome by Lorraine's husband. The view from apartment 9 wonderful, to see from the breakfast table in the morning. The shower was lush, never looked forward to a shower so much. It was very warm and snuggly, the bed was a queen size, felt spoilt. We had a truly wonderful stay and will be back.
Cons: Tight squeeze (between buildings/drainpipe) to through to car park space 9 as our car is big, however Lorraine's husband said it was fine to park in another not being used, so not really an issue.

Perfect for a comfortable stay in beautiful walking location.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Obviously recently modernised/decorated. Had everything I needed. Dog friendly. Wonderful view from lounge and dining room. Very quiet location in small village close to Keswick and other attractions eg Whinlatter Forest, Bassenthwaite and Buttermere. 2 dog friendly pubs and a dog friendly coffee shop in the village. Village shop. Good bus service.
Cons: Parking was a bit tricky but luckily I only have a small car.

Pros: Lovely cottage, in a quiet village just outside Keswick. Lovely walk into town or few minutes in the car. Ideal for what we needed. Clean and spacious with a huge comfortable bed. Dog friendly was a huge bonus for us.
Cons: Entrance to car park for our cottage was very tight but we made it work. Limited parking meant blocked access on our last day due to other vehicles, however was quickly resolved and neighbour moved their car.

Very enjoyable, loved the village too. Great pubs, village shop and village cafe.
Pros: Great location and very comfortable. Perfect if you want walks on your doorstop.
Cons: The parking was a slight issue, the driveway between the two properties is extremely tight and we had to ask other guests to move their cars so that we could access our parking spot.

Pros: Excellent location in the village. Apartment had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for a couple and 2 dogs.
Cons: Just a suggestion but black out blinds in the bedroom may be an idea. At this time of year it was light at 4 which shone through the current blinds to wake us up.
