Traditional, homely cottage!
Pros: A lovely, homely and traditional little cottage. Fairly well equipped with what was needed. Bed was very comfortable and the area was lovely, quiet and peaceful. Bathroom spot on.
Cons: The only thing was the bedroom struggled to heat up, despite the 2 radiators in the room. Rest of the cottage was cosy, once under the covers at night it wasn't much of an issue.

Quiet getaway
Pros: The location of the cottage was ideal for the walking weekend we had planned. Itβs tucked in away from the main road and feels nice and secluded. It was really neat and tidy and had all the facilities you would need. Great miles without stiles walk just outside your door too and a lovely coffee shop just around the corner. We could see a pub from the living room but didnβt visit. Would recommend and would definitely return.

Cozy cottage in a fantastic location, great value for money, we will be booking again soon!
Pros: Very cosy, nice modern kitchen and amazing big bedroom
Cons: I know it sounds petty but we didnβt have a frying pan or a cheese grater, also, salt and pepper are always nice to haves

Lovely location for a relaxing break
Pros: Beautiful cottage in a lovely location with parking, close to Keswick, 2mins walk to the pub, 2 coffee shops and village shop, all you need for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotless. Although we didn't see the owners communication was good. Great location for walks.
Cons: The only issue we had was accessibility into the shower. This is a little hard for anyone with mobility issues.

Cottage for 2-4 in fantastic location...
Pros: The bed was very, very comfortable, an excellent shower, comfy settees, huge TV. Fabulous location.
Cons: No heating on when we arrived so the living room/ kitchen was freezing and took a while to warm up. The bedroom didn't have enough time to warm up before we went to bed, so a bit too nippy to go to sleep. Would have appreciated some decent sized bowls.

Everything you need
Pros: Good location for visiting the area. Short drive into Keswick. The bedroom was spacious, and included a large bunk bed (too much choice for a 6 year old :-) ). The living area had all you needed. Microwave, cooker and standing fridge freezer. During our stay the kettle blew, however the owner was quick to respond and replaced it. The owner was very nice. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for all guests to use.
Cons: The equipment (glasses, cups etc) are a mixed bag. No sets, but this was ok. The bathroom is small. There is no door on the shower so, try as you might to keep it in, the water goes everywhere. I think if there was a door on the shower though my husband would not have fitted in. There were plenty of towels, however not enough space to dry them. The towel rail is also linked to the heating, so as it was summer we didn't have it on. There is no outside space at all. On the pictures it shows a bench, however all the space outside is for parking which is tight to accommodate all of the guests in the cottages which are attached to one another. There was also a change over day when we were there and the new guests had a young child. We don't mind as have a loud child ourselves, but if you are a light sleeper, be wary as you can hear them walking on there upper floor, which in cottage three is above the bedroom.
