Pros: Quiet but central location, spotlessly clean. Very attentive and helpful staff.

Cons: I liked everything about the apartment.

Pros: Really tidy, quiet evening though in the centre. Cozy and spacious.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like... The only tiny note to make is that lights and lamps need dusting and one of the kitchen spot lights flicker

Pros: The apartment was very nice and spacious as presented in information on booking

Cons: Only problem was the stairs into property due to our own health issues our own fault for not checking prior to booking but once up the stairs it was very much worth the climb hopefully next time can book a downstairs apartment

Great place if you're visiting on a business trip.

Pros: Stayed here last week on a business trip and it had everything that I needed. Everything looked new and had no issues with things like WiFi which was important for my work. Bed was comfy and the area around was very quiet so got a great sleep. Have stayed in other Donnini apartments before when working in the area and always faultless, much better than staying in a Travelodge or Premier Inn.

Can't wait to return...

Pros: What a beautiful apartment for our stay. Delighted that we chose this place as it was comfortable, immaculately clean and freshly decorated. Location was brilliant for what we needed as well, close to everything. Hats off to the team at Donnini as I've never experienced such thorough correspondence throughout my booking. Coming back again to Ayr in a few months so no question I will book here again!

Gorgeous flat in the centre of Ayr

Pros: The Oliver Apartment was spacious and in a great location with a modern interior and was well furnished throughout. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos on the Booking.com site. Both bedrooms were a good size, the beds were new and very comfortable with lovely crisp linen... we slept very soundly. The kitchen was stylish and well equipped and the open plan lounge area had simple but tasteful soft furnishings. We loved the high ceilings and the natural light coming in from the large windows. Contact with the hosts was excellent. Would definitely book again for a return visit.

Cons: We liked everything to be honest. Could only be improved if there was some shelving in the bathroom, some hanging space for clothes in the second bedroom and a set of occasional tables (to put drinks on) in the lounge area.
