Pros: Central location, easy to find. Plenty of space with everything you need, just like a home from home. Great communication from host, even setting times for heating during our stay.

Cons: Looks a bit dated, beds not the most comfortable, Bathroom needs a good deep clean, mold on shower edges and under foot mat in shower. Shower fan very noisy and steam/ heat from shower will set off smoke alarm if you leave the door open.

Julie was very helpful and friendly regarding preparing the beds, property etc and the keys, I would recommend 11C as a

Pros: It is very central near town centre and beach also near restaurants etc. It was spacious, nice rooms, beds with everything you need for a relaxing time.

Cons: The street front door could jam and so could the bathroom door, but these did not detract from the otherwise excellent accommodation.

We stayed in Ayr for a friends wedding. It was a perfect location and a lovely flat!

Pros: Location was amazing! So close to the beach! I got into Ayr really early and the owner was very helpful letting me access the property earlier than originally planned!

The flat was fine for our short stay in Ayr.

Pros: Good sized rooms. Everything was very clean. The WiFi worked well. Easy parking. Clear instructions to find the flat and the keys. The windows were easy to open.

Cons: There was a bit of a smell of cigarette smoke.

Pros: Location was very central to town and beach . Building was very quiet .

Cons: Had stayed here before but the mattresses were very soft this time compared to the last time we stayed here. Would definitely use again. That is the only reason thatwe gave it a 8 as everything else was fine.
