Worth a visit

Pros: Service , quality of the newly refurbished accommodation and the excellent food and menu choices . The young man who greeted us and served us throughout our stay was excellent and is a credit to the establishment.

Cons: Wine prices per bottle a little pricey

A sanctuary of sheer luxury.

Pros: The light and space of the room. The decor was beautiful, the character was present. It was comfortable and very clean. Good quality bed linen and good sized towels. Loved the ample bed and shower space. Ate dinner & breakfast both Friday & Saturday and it was delicious. Very attentive staff. We will return, when visiting family again.

Cons: A nice touch would be to provide bottled water perhaps? But I’m hard pushed to find fault if I’m honest.

Lovely an comfortable quaint country pub.

Pros: Newly an tastefully decorated. A quaint country pub with excellent food.

Cons: It wasn’t made very clear on booking.com that the pub and restaurant is closed on a Monday & Tuesday which would have been very disappointing.

Great

Pros: Very nice place. Unfortunetly as I went on a Monday and bar/breakfast not available. The room was really great and very comfortable. I didnt hear a peep all night. Shower was amazing too
