Pros: Friendly welcome. Help from staff member finding car park. Lots of choice for breakfast. Clean, comfortable room.

Cons: Difficulty in finding car park as we got so close and turning round as we thought it was pedestrianised but we know for next time.

Pros: Excellent location, clean comfortable rooms, fair priced food and bar but the main thing the staff were amazing, a special mention to our breakfast greeter and order taker she was a total pleasure

Would stay here again for its excellent central location and overall good facilities and staff.

Pros: Its location couldn’t have been better. Right in the centre , close to station and everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of places to eat immediately surrounding it too.

Cons: The first staff member greeting us was somewhat lacking. Body language and the way she responded to our arrival wasn’t exactly welcoming and more as if we were a hindrance to her day. Rest of staff friendly and excellent. Lovely hotel. Room a little tired looking but very comfortable and clean.

Pros: We often stay here. We particularly enjoy its traditional old world architecture with its high ceilings, drapes, lavish staircases and huge but comfortable public spaces. It is lushly carpeted throughout and has a reasonable sized car park at the rear. It's location is central and if not eating at the hotel there are many good restaurants nearby. The room was warm and comfortable with no noise permeating from the streets. Which were quiet anyway.
