Great place to stay and really good value for money.

Pros: Really great place to stay, good location and easy to get to. Huge amount of space and well equipped. Nice garden space.

Fantastic property, excellent communication, can’t fault it at all

Pros: Clean and well maintained, contact with owners was good with clear and helpful instructions. House itself was amazing and very comfortable. Close proximity to town and commutable to many places

Cons: Front room can be a little cold but the owners acknowledged this and logs for the log burner were available. Nit really a dislike at all!!

Pros: The house was lovely and large, very warm with a great kitchen and garden.

Cons: There was a damp smell in the living and dining room. It was quite strong but once we bought some good smelly candles to mask the smell it was fine. Also the floor boards, although very lovely, creaked and cracked quite loudly.

A very lovely house in an excellent location - very good value for money !

Pros: Kingswood is a really spacious, warm and very well located house. Plenty of car parking and very near to the West Cumbrian Coast. As a family group we enjoyed our stay; Ben is an excellent host and we would definitely stay again and would recommend, without reservation.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike - to improve the guest experience, we would suggest increasing the crockery, ensuring the cutlery was matching, adding in water glasses and shelving or storage space in the main bathroom.
