Really good

Pros: Lorton is a gorgeous village, shop and pub are excellent. Bus service not so great!

Cons: The kitchen was very small but functional. The place was lovely, but would have been very cosy for 5 adults!

Superb

Pros: Beautiful location. Well equipped with everything you might need including WiFi and a powerful shower etc.

Quiet and relaxing time in a peaceful part of the Lakes.

Pros: The Location is excellent, walks onto the fells straight from the front door. Welcome pack really good mix of local produce from the village store. Lovely and warm cottage with the addition of coal to put the fires on if required. The standard of the cottage is very good.

Cons: Heating wasn’t on when we arrived, but was easily rectified.
