Excellent place for us to have a good catch up

Pros: Everything, fabulous standard of beds, kitchen equipment and bathrooms were amazing

Pros: Great house + fabulous location... 4 couples- celebrating 2 significant birthdays!

Family memorial gathering in the lakes

Pros: Very central, all amenities were excellent .. rooms all spacious.. and feel of the place was very pleasant .. great having log stove .. will stay again.

Cons: Nothing really - only the tiniest of grumbles was a lack of a coffee press 😆

Pros: What is not to like?! A brilliant house, perfect for a week in Keswick. The 3 toilets, 2 showers and 2 baths are a true luxury for a week in the Lakes! When we booked the house we were a group of 6 adults and we ended up being one more with the newest member of our group joining us for his first ever holiday at just 7 weeks old! There was plenty room for all our walking things and all the equipment that comes with a new baby! We loved the roof terrace and enjoyed it whenever the weather allowed. The house is beautifully done up, in a brilliant location and we always managed to find parking very close to the house!

Pros: A lovely house, home from home. Great location close to the town centre. Four good sized bedrooms and the house was lovely and clean. We will definitely visit again.

Lovely, comfortable home in central location

Pros: Excellent location opposite Fitz Park and only a few minutes walk into Keswick. Bus to Ambleside across main road beside entrance to park. Access by key safe was easy. The house looked like it had been recently decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Good to have 4 bedrooms, 2 good sized bathrooms and the toilet downstairs. Liked the privacy of the the enclosed yard and rooftop patio. We appreciated the welcome card and Prosecco. We were very comfortable there. Excellent value for money.

Wonderful property in superb condition.

Pros: Beautiful home, and superbly maintained - all the decor and furnishings are in fantastic condition. Nice touch from the hosts to leave a card & fizz upon arrival too.

Cons: The correspondence from the host company, Sykes, was somewhat overbearing, we must have received around 20 emails beforehand, all basically stating the same information, reminding us of the rules/regulations of the property. I should stress this wasn’t from the actual hosts, and appreciate this will be a generic, automated message but could probably do be to reviewed.
