Very enjoyable three night stay. Communications and instructions from Tonia very good.

Pros: Excellent accommodation, spacious, very clean and well equipped. Great position with short walk into Keswick town centre.

Absolutely fabulous.

Pros: The accommodation was luxurious, the photos didn’t do it justice. Two beautiful comfortable sitting rooms, a lovely dining room. A group of 15 of us came down for the Lakesman Half, which our grandson won outright and the other was first in his age group. The others in our party were envious of our accommodation. The scones, cookies and Prosecco left by the owners were a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Cons: The showers could be a bit erratic.

Gorgeous

Pros: Great location to the town center and the lake. Beautifully furnished home. Ample space for a large family. Several board games, kids books, and towels. We all found the beds very comfortable. EV charging available. Great view of the mountains. We really appreciate the bottle of wine, box of cookies, and the personal note on a postcard.

Cons: Mostly clean. Few spots of mold in the bathroom. Not much floor space to open suitcases in the bedrooms. Out of the norm, we were asked to remove all bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels and put them all in the utility room, which wasn’t made clear before booking. We were told that we would receive the code to access house keys 48hrs before check-in date, but didn’t. Instead we had to make several phone calls that went unanswered. The property management team was no help. Apparently, they never gave the property owner information of our arrival. Eventually, we were able to get in touch with the owner for the code. I was close to asking Booking.com to find us a new accommodation. Unsatisfactory.
