Pros: Cosy, comfortable, quiet, lots of space and good facilities, great location, parking slot a bonus, would recommend and book again.

Clean, warm and Welcoming- home away from home

Pros: After a long tiring drive(8hrs) - It was an relief to walk into an apartment that felt like home- warm, Welcoming and spotlessly clean. Location was amazing- literally within walking distances to shops, cafes and restaurants. We were Grateful for the parking which was located within a dedicated parking area right outside the entrance and walkway was bright and lit up. Thank You for making our trip unforgettable- We will definitely be back.

Pros: Great location, right in the centre of Keswick, with the added bonus of a parking space at the rear. Apartment was great, with all of the facilities that you need. Very clean and tidy.

Pros: Beautifully appointed flat, nice linen, clean and comfortable. Two minute walk to centre of Keswick. Well supplied kitchen albeit smallish fridge and tiny freezer (so don't order too much from grocery delivery!) but plenty of casserole dishes, oven trays, crockery etc

Cons: It would have been really helpful to have two sets of keys given there is no bell and potentially four adults living here. (Maybe ask Sykes cottage to arrange this before you come). Could also have done with some instructions for the oven/hob - bit of a mystery otherwise. Apart from that, great flat!

Pros: Nice,clean well preserved Apartment in the heart of Keswick. Plenty of shops,bars,restaurants as well as only a 5 min drive to Derwent water, very scenic and beautiful.

Cons: Duvet on a single bed in small bedroom very badly stained. Beds a little too hard in our opinion. Can be difficult to park at the rear of the property if busy. Due to the time of year it is very busy which meant that it was very difficult to find a parking space anywhere in Keswick. This resulted in going around for a long time looking to find a parking space. Late check in time of 4pm without any flexibility meant that you are driving around, tired before the day has gone.
