Holly Blue - Cosy wooden lodge Kippford

Pros: We stayed at Holly Blue for three nights with our family and it was absolutely amazing. The lodge feels like a beach house on a hill – modern, spacious, and finished to a very high standard with super comfortable beds. The beach and local shop are only a short drive away, with easy parking. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and our dog was even treated to his own luxury dog pack, which he thoroughly enjoyed! A special mention for the thoughtful touches – we arrived to a beautiful homemade carrot cake (after being asked our preference) along with a great selection of teas, coffees, and hot chocolate. Also, no need to pack toys, games, or books as there are plenty provided. We’ll definitely be returning and can’t wait to stay again!

Cons: There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the Holly Blue .

Pros: The property was well situated , spotless , beautifully decorated, comfortable, , beds were so comfortable, crockery & cutlery were all spotless , The furnishings were tasteful , plenty of light ,& the hosts were perfect , Communication was unbeaten , Stunning cake freshly made for our arrival , and a fabulous array of teas, coffees , , Will definitely be booking again , This place was outstanding. Holly Blue Lodge

Pros: We loved Holly Blue Lodge. It is in a lovely, quiet, peaceful location. We found it very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you would need. Hope to go back again.

Perfection

Pros: Beautifully presented, clean, perfect location for what we were looking for. Delicious cake on arrival and the comfiest bed ive ever slept in. What more could you want.

Pros: We were delighted with the lodge. It was immaculate and homely with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The large decking area is perfect for sitting out and following the sun. Great communication from hosts. Oh, and the homemade cake was delicious too.

Fabulous property in a peaceful location

Pros: The lodge is pristine and in a private spot on the site. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the deck is perfect for socialising or just relaxing. Loved the homemade cake and marmalade! Also milk in the fridge as well as supplies of tea etc. Great correspondence from the owner. Lovely walks from the door, going through the forest or along the coast. There is also a par 3 golf course nearby. We ate in the Anchor, which was nicer than in previous years.

Pros: Excellent location. Clean, warm and comfortable it had everything we needed. Lovely owners who gave lots of local information and even baked a delicious cake!
