A good stay, and very spacious and comfortable room.

Pros: Great location for what I had travelled to St Bees for. I only met one staff member who was friendly and professional.

Cons: No breakfast available.

Friendly welcome from exceptional hosts

Pros: Always a wonderful friendly welcome at Fairladies, I travel for work reasons but it's a great location for visiting the area as well, dedicated car park which is rare in the centre of St Bees. local amenities all within walking distance.

No-fuss, comfortable accommodation which left us free to enjoy our short stay in the area.

Pros: Well situated for St Bees's shingle Beach and the Railway station (on the Cumbrian Coast Line) is even closer. Head down to the end of Sea Mill Lane and jink right through the narrow arch under the railway for a quieter, and at low tide, sandy, beach. Host Will was ever helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was wonderfully warm (in January), very comfortable beds in our room and we had the unexpected bonuses (for a B&B room) of a microwave and a fridge.

Cons: Nothing of any importance.

Clean, tidy and basic but worth the money.

Pros: Parking great, location for our needs was great. Bathroom was good, clean shower, toilet, sink and plenty of towels.

Cons: It’s personal preference but the bed was far too soft for me. Could do with some hanging space or storage in the small room and maybe a long mirror. Not so much of a problem for a 1 night stay.

Pros: Will, met me at reception even though I turned up out of hours, he was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The price was fantastic, I would highly recommend this place.

Everything we needed and wanted with value for money

Pros: Fabulous personal service. Comfy and cosy. Even added a Xmas tree to the kids room which they loved. Perfect location too. Host couldn’t do enough and nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: Last minute booking, as stranded due to floods in area. Owner made me welcome, room was warm and welcoming.

Overall an enjoyable stay and very clean. We'll worth the money. Noisy footsteps above though!

Pros: No breakfast available, although advertised it was at additional cost. I was told the chef wouldn't be available.

Cons: No availability of a breakfast ( I was advised though, of another place I could go to). Testing of alarm systems went on for some time. I felt some warning could've been given.

Great little destination ticked of our travel list. Will definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

Pros: Will was lovely and friendly! Everything we needed, air fryer was a great addition. We took 3 children and it was lovely and cosy for them. Really nice food pub 5 minutes walk from accommodation.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The accommodation waslovely and warm and comfortable. Comfy bed, good shower and I loved the kitchen facilities. Easy parking near the accommodation I had a nice stroll to the beach too. Thank you.
