A great little place to stay with beautiful views out to sea and a family atmosphere

Pros: Customer service was out of this world. Let us check this in ridiculously early after the late night boat arrival. Superb hosts and location at a great vale price.

Perfect

Pros: Lovely room. Spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. Great view. The smart TV was such a great addition. I got to watch YouTube in bed rather than the standard freeview. Major plus point.

Pros: What a lovely little guest house! It's tucked away to the far end of the prom, a short walk to Summerhill Glen Parking was super easy, bas8cally right outside and free! I was greeted by a lovely lady whose name I have now forgotten 😔 She was so friendly when I arrived, showed me to my room and pretty much that was it. All I needed. The room itself was spotless; I loved the decor - it looked fresh & new. The bed was big & soooo comfy. Tv was well placed, WiFi spot on & the room facilities had everything I needed. I was only there for one night but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks so much .... 5 star!!

A wonderful place to stay, warm and welcoming.

Pros: Perfect place on the promenade, great view. Lovely walking distance into Douglas. Loads of parking right outside. Building is full of charm and character. Room was warm and very clean. Superb hosts, looked after me wonderfully catering for my dietary needs superbly and gave me a very early check in following an early morning ferry arrival- a wonderful welcome! Breakfast was hearty and delicious; tea, coffee and biscuits in the room and I greatly appreciated the packed lunch provided when I left early before breakfast - thank you very much for making my stay warm, safe and relaxing whilst I was dealing with my late husbands business affairs in the Isle of Man.

Pros: Miriam and the team were absolutely lovely. The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful, and we felt really well looked after throughout our stay. It was a great location for exploring Douglas and the coastal paths. We’d be very happy to stay again.

Truly a home from home

Pros: What can I say! From start to finish these guys pulled out all the stops to make me feel at home. The staff and owners were absolutely wonderful and so chatty and friendly. The food was fantastic, that good I had three English breakfasts during my stay! I felt so at home in this cozy and beautiful little place and it was just what I needed. I will be back, time and time again I think.

Cons: Not a single bad word to say about it.
