Fabulous accommodation well presented, clean and tidy

Pros: Clean, comfortable and good location to Ayr racecourse. The property had tea , coffee and some toiletries

Cons: Would have been good for cooking if there was some salt, pepper and oil just a few basics as had to purchase items to cook breakfast. Just a suggestion maybe not many people who stay cook meals

A chance to breathe the Ayr

Pros: We did not actually stay here as it became unavailable, but were given an alternative house near the seafront. The house was large and immaculate. It even had a cinema room.

Cons: Parking in Ayr is silly. They have wide streets with plenty of parking bays but it's 100% residents or 3 hours mac, so it's always 75% empty. The car parks however are full. Could Donnini provide a parking permit?

Lovely stay in excellent facilities for a short break with another couple.

Pros: Excellent location and very comfortable with high quality furnishings. Very comfortable beds and good showers.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: We were actually upgraded to a house so did not stay in the apartments. House was just around the corner.

Cons: Ideally would have been a little closer to the town center however benefit was closer to the beach and quieter!

Our stay was for a close family funeral.

Pros: The location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.The apartment area was very well maintained.

Cons: It was very noisy in the bedrooms. This was due to the ventilation closures were missing from the windows. Also a works van was parked next to our space making it hard to get out off the car. Glad that the visitors spaces were available.

Pros: The location, the amenities, the bed in the en suite bedroom, the easy check-in and checkout process.

Cons: The flat was generally clean and all in all everything was fine but there was several stained items, cushions, upholstery, carpet. in the living rooom. The oven was not clean, quite greasy from previous uses and when, we tried to use it it started the fire alarm. The washing machine is not leveled and moves a lot during the spin cycle, like by 50 cm forward out of its place.

Pros: The location was excellent, the standard of the facilities within the apartment were excellent.

Cons: There was some road noise in the bedrooms but overall it wasnt really an issue.

Great location clean accommodation with every you need. Excellent communication from owners

Pros: The apartment was changed to 5e. Which was not a problem. Everything was great
