Cracking location and very comfortable

Pros: Excellent location close to the heart of Threlkeld. Lovely views over adjacent houses to the fells beyond from many of the rooms. Good showers in main bathroom and en suite. Lovely big rooms both upstairs and downstairs. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of comfortable seating and a nice little set of outdoor chairs and table. Private parking was very convenient and we were actually able to keep three cars (hatchbacks)close to the house and safe.

Cons: The only thing that stopped me saying it was exceptional was the dvd player seemed to be on its last legs and the film we tried to watch kept 'stuttering'. That said, I didn't rent the house for the dvd, and everything else was very good indeed.
