Beyond our expectations

Pros: Stunning property in a stunning location. Photos don’t do it justice

Cons: There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like. If I had to choose something that would have enhanced a five star break it would be for a hot tub to enjoy that view. But that’s greedy !

A Perfect, Welcoming Home for a Wonderful Stay

Pros: Everything we possibly needed was there. All was so considered in the house and made it seem it was like a home away from home (but even better). The children went off to the playpark and had a great time. Even though there was rain it was amazing to watch it from the house.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful views

Pros: Beautiful cottage with amazing views. Lots of space inside. Had everything we could have wanted! The owner even brought us a fruit crumble and to ask if the building work next door was bothering us, which it wasnt

Cons: Unfortunately someone is building a house next door which is a shame.

Peaceful, comfortable and stressless.

Pros: The cottage was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Ideal for adults and children. Very peaceful area. Excellent walks nearby and within easy drive to attractions. Kitchen had everything needed. Enjoyed watching a red kite hunting in the field .

Cons: There was nothing we could think of that could have been any better.

Pros: Superbly renovated, the glass front in the living room is superb and the view is magic. Beautiful location, responsive hosts and a very well furnished house.

Fabulous

Pros: The cottage was immaculate. The accommodation was spacious and well laid out with amazing views.The country vibe carried from outside to inside and all finishings were to a high standard. The bedrooms were large and we loved the layout. Two were on one side of the cottage with en suites and two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom on the other side. The cottage had central heating which was on a timer and never cold. The large windows and log burner added to the character of the cottage. The garden was fenced in so was safe for children and any pets. This cottage most definitely had the WOW factor and we would love to return.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Amazing!

Pros: It was such an amazing cottage! We had the best time and it was a total bonus that they decorated for Christmas

Cons: It would of been good to have some sort of shop/social facility within the estate

Pros: The size and fantastic facilities, the space and the kitchen. Had stayed before 2022 and was just as good as we remembered. We will return.

Lovely Family break, great property that easily accommodated our group of 7 plus a dog.

Pros: Beautiful property very well furnished and comfortable.Very family friendly. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet location with great views. Not far from Ayr and great base for sightseeing. Hosts were friendly during pre stay contact and made us feel welcomed. We would highly recommend this property.
