Modernised 1720s cottage Newton Stewart Scotland

The cottage was in a good area. Lovely welcome pack.

Pros: It was spacious, an old property brought into 21st century as best as they could. Plenty of thought given to any dogs that might stay.

Cons: There was a strong doggy odour. ( The previous people had 5 dogs staying with them) Perhaps the number of dogs could be lowered.

Pros: Lovely home away from home, directions were very clear and despite not having a dog can see it is very dog friendly.

It was very enjoyable and relaxing

Pros: I enjoyed how comfy the beds and the fact there was a park right next door for my children to play jin in the mornings

Pros: Perfect location for the hotel next door. We were there for a wedding and with a big family the cottage was perfectly located at the end of the hotel path. The hosts were available on the phone if needed. Huge garden for your furry children to play in. And a play park right across at the park for the other children.

Cons: The weather could of been better. But the cozy cottage was ideal and perfect

Pros: Excellent location close to all facilities. Very dog friendly. Enclosed garden lots of character

Lovely stay, can't fault the service and the kids had a great time. Would come back.

Pros: Great location especially for the kids with an exit to the play park. Easy free parking is a big plus and some of the best of the town's food and drink is just around the corner. Big fridge freezer and all mod cons in the kitchen so home cooking was a breeze. Heaters in the property worked fast and the beds were cosy. Despite clearly being pet friendly there wasn't a single loose dog hair anywhere on the furniture or floor- the owners know how to keep a clean property!

Cons: The metal lampshades mean you're looking right into bare lightbulbs in the living room. Could do with a child lock under the kitchen sink where the cleaning products are kept.

Pros: We loved the house.. But Oscar our wee dog gave it 10 out of 10.. Perfect for families with pets..

Fabulous wee cottage in bonnie Scotland

Pros: Lovely location and gorgeous wee cottage great for getting away from it all really clean cozy and decorated nice 😀.

Cons: Definitely during cold months to get your self some coal and kindling for the fires. Scotland is awffy cold if you don't know. Would have been nice to have a bag of each apon arrival.
