Great place. Really central and convenient. Felt like home from home!

Pros: The apartment is super central. It is very clean and tidy. We liked the style and it was really quiet too. So warm when we arrived which was appreciated as it was a really cold week! Appreciated the supplies - thank you very much.

Cons: A few things were broken. The frontage fell off the underside of the oven (I thought I’d broken it but on inspection can see it didn’t have any fascia clips to hold it on in the first place on one side). One of the glasses in the cupboard was broken. And a chair at the dining table also. The drawer in the bathroom doesn’t close properly and the door to the bedroom doesn’t close onto the catch (we struggled to keep our dog out of the bedroom as she could just push the door open). The outside light into the alley (not sure if it belongs to Grandy Nook) didn’t come on at all. It was a really dark alley (perhaps worse due to scaffold) and when I took the dog out at night it was a little frightening coming down the alley without any sensor light. I did use a torch but it would’ve made me feel safer if the light had worked. Just small things but would make it a much nicer stay if these few things were put right (the glass wasn’t really an issue we left it out on the side to warn that it was cracked and so that you could know to replace it). We would still book to stay again regardless of these small issues.

Perfect & walking distance to everything you would want to see

Pros: Beautifully decorated loads of space everything you could need and you couldn’t get any more central to Keswick town Centre,

Pros: Very cosy flat. It was pretty clean. We had a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, and a clean bathroom. The living room was excellent, and the main bedroom was also perfect.

Cons: There were some leftover items from the previous tenants in the drawers. The kitchen was equipped, but the utensils needed some attention; the pans were rusty, and the knives were dull, so cooking was quite a chore. The mattress was quite soft for my liking. The lower bed in the smaller bedroom was relatively low.

Great Central location in Keswick with Parking

Pros: We stay Monday to Friday, myself, husband and 9 year old son. The location is perfect. And Keswick is a lovely place to visit and a great location to explore the lake district. We visited, Coniston, Grasmere, Honister whilst there. Great that parking is available too. The place was perfect for our stay. Lots of room, bright and welcoming. The tablet with info was a nice little touch. We also received discount on visiting Honister too, which was a nice bonus. My only disappointment was cleanliness and hairs. I found human hairs in the bed, and on the towels in the bathroom. And in the kitchen there were animal hairs on the work tops near the sink in the kitchen. In the lounge area under the dining table, was only what I could describe as perhaps a hairball/sick. Which was dried and clearly been there a while. Not ideal really. So improvement on the cleaning would make this place perfect.

Luxury at great location

Pros: Apartment is very spacious and beautiful decorated. Loved the location and the views of the mountains. Bed is very comfortable!

Cons: The shared entrance hall/stairs smell of wet dog. Perhaps if you own dogs you wouldn’t notice but we don’t and it was off putting unfortunately. (Apartment itself was very clean and no problems there!)

Pros: The location is easy to access and the room is clean and tidy!

Cons: The doors can’t be shut totally so you can still hear noise in the bedrooms.
