Pollywiggle Cottage

Pros: Third stay at pollwiggle. Simply adore this place.

Pros: Small, cute, well designed, everything you need, very comfortable bed!

Cosy stay in the centre of Keswick!

Pros: The location is great, right in Keswick centre. Its a nice cosy home, ideal for 1 or 2 people. Basic furnishings but was nicely finished. superfast wifi. The easy to set Heating kept the property nice and warm. Kitchen had all the utilities I was expecting. Was quiet at night and I got a good nights sleep.

Cons: Theres no parking at the property, nearest parking is 5-10 minutes walk away. The only free parking I could get is on Blencathra street. I would not let this put you off if you want a central location making all of Keswick within walking distance. I feel the property would benefit from some small improvements, such as: A shelf above the bathroom sink for the toothpaste, tooth brush, razor etc. The outside tap at the rear of the property could do with a short length of hose to help hose the dog off. I expected some more basics to be provided like tinfoil and handwash. The handwash soap that was provided was on its last drops and I couldn't find any replacements. I expected certain basics like this to be provided.

Pros: Central location Quaint, cosy cottage with a lot of original features Had everything we needed

Cons: The smell of dogs, this is a pet friendly accommodation that is tired in places and could do with a freshen up.

Pros: The cottage was nice and clean and suited our purposes spot on couldn't fault a thing

Relaxing and comfortably cosy

Pros: Cosy and comfortable, just enough kitchen stuff to be able to cook a meal!

Cons: It was small, but that was part of the charm for a weekend away

Perfect little cottage

Pros: Comfy bed, large bedroom, large bathroom. Location. Spotlessly clean.

Cons: Didn’t have parking

Thoroughly enjoyed everything about it.

Pros: Clean, everything you needed and so central to everything including the town and beautiful walks.

Cons: Maybe the outside seating area could be a little nicer to sit and have a coffee or something.

Pros: Location is amazing. So close to everything. The cottage is small but quite big enough for a lovely cosy trip.

Cons: Nothing.
