I enjoyed my stay here so much I booked it again.

Pros: The house was decorated for Christmas with a big tree in the lounge. Facilities were excellent, from the kitchen features to washing machine, full sized bath and fast wi-fi. Rooms were big, the bed very comfortable and the views from the front spectacular. The pool table was a great bonus and used every day. Keswick was within walking distance and the northern fells an easy drive away.

Cons: Nothing.

We had an utterly brilliant stay and were able to walk out of the door to a pub that is also a very good restaurant. The

Pros: The way everything worked, the very handy location the pool table where we spent a lot of time teaching the grandchildren and the garden is lovely too even at this late autumnal time.

Cons: There was nothing wrong with it but there are a few things that need fixing. The front door sticks and the toilet by the entrance did not flush properly, the corner cupboard in the kitchen is broken but none of this is important it just needs a bit of general maintenance.

A very enjoyable stay!

Pros: Excellent property with stunning views. Had all we needed as a family. Easy enough cycle or walk into Keswick - we were there for the Keswick Convention which it is ideally placed for. Well equipped kitchen. Pool table was a bonus. Garden is well maintained and the views are superb.

Cons: Main thing is communication from Booking.com and cottages.com. We received no information about accessing property before our stay - we needed to phone up and had frustrating time being passed between the two organisations.

Pros: Excellent location, amazing property, awesome views

Cons: Nothing to not like. it was amazing

Great location for a weekend trip!

Pros: The views and backyard top everything! The pool table kept our kids entertained.

Cons: Overly worn furniture, no screens in the window which allowed many black flies in (the thermostat was set very warm) and carpet needs a deep clean. 1/2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom!
