Amazing stay for couples

Pros: Thank you! We had an amazing stay, we much appreciated the little touches such as milk in the fridge and a pack of biscuits. Great location just outside of Keswick town centre and a spot to park right outside the property.

So peaceful and restful with such beautiful views

Pros: The accommodation was in a lovely quiet location with beautiful views wherever you looked. It had everything you could need and was immaculate inside. Bus stop just outside farm for trips in to Keswick town.

Cons: Nothing at all, we will be back

Pros: Everything was excellent. The pod has everything you need. Very clean and well maintained. From the bed you can admire the sunset over Basenwhaite lake, is absolutely stunning. The host was super helpful and very friendly, we never felt like we are a bother. I highly recommend this property. It is so peaceful, quiet... we will definitely be back.

Cons: I don't even know how could this be better as it is the best.

Pros: Wonderful location offering outstanding views Accommodation is done to a high standard and offers a serene, relaxing environment, allowing you to marvel at mother nature. Truly relaxing and would return at a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Exceptional, highly recommend!

Pros: The location was perfect. Just outside of Keswick not too far if you wanted to walk into the town to save hassle of trying to find parking during the busy day. Moreover, the location of Shepherds view offers amazing views over Keswick and two of the lakes. The owner was very kind and caring about our stay and made sure we were happy and let us know if we needed anything we’d know where to find them. Another thing that we found super helpful and a nice touch was the folder left on the kitchen table full of different activities you can do such as different tours of all the lakes etc…as well as letting us know of nearby walks places to eat and must see locations. Furthermore, the Lodge itself had modern appliances all round but still provided that warm cosy lodge feeling.

Cons: Looking back, nothing comes to mind on anything negative I can say about Shepherds view. Everything fitted what we were looking for and are very pleased with our choice of stay.

Het was geweldig! We zijn volledig tot rust kunnen komen.

Pros: Dankjewel voor de kleine attenties zoals de melk en de koekjes. We hebben enorm genoten van de rust en het uitzicht. Prachtige zonsondergangen vanop het terras. Het verblijf is niet ver van Keswick. Zowel met de auto als te voet was het goed te doen. Wij raden het iedereen aan die houdt van rust en een gezellig stadje in de buurt.
