Excellent cosy quiet and comfortable cottage in great location will return thank you

Pros: Great location steps away from town, shops and pubs. Lovely quiet cosy cottage with the bonus of parking on site. Will definitely return.

Cons: Everything was great only thing needed is better lighting at bottom of steps needed to use phone light to see

Pros: Location, parking, all on one level, very comfortable.

Cons: It was expensive. Items not provided such as soap, laundry detergent etc.

Perfect for our 4 day break

Pros: Fabulous location with very convenient parking. Warm and cosy.

Cons: The outside table and chairs is unusable and requires replacing

Pros: Lovely little cottage, perfect for a couple. Great location near town centre and Derwent Water. Nice little patio area to sit out in the sun.

Peaceful, very clean and well equipped cottage, comfortable overall.

Pros: Lovely, cosy cottage, well equipped kitchen. Powerful shower and nice big bath (after long walks, very welcome!). Excellent location - very peaceful but close to everything also.

Cons: The bed suited me but not my partner - it is a very firm mattress. We did struggle with the TV, (the sound bar made watching terrestrial channels not easy), so we abandoned that - not a problem for us. Recycling information would have been helpful, but we looked up and found local recycling site.

A quiet, clean and full equipped historical cottage

Pros: The cottage is located at a quiet corner but close to the main street for just 3 mins walk. And, the cottage is very clean, warm and with a full kitchen, washing machine and some board games as well.

Cons: The only thing is can’t get phone signal at the cottage but for me it is not a big deal.
